Vabene is useful for checking the cooking of the pasta and types of noodles of various kinds such as spaghetti, ravioli, macaroni, rice noodles, ramen, etc. Designed with a wide and slightly concave shape of the bowl, Vabene can be also used for testing the cooking point of other types of foods such as vegetables, peas, lentils, etc. and boiled eggs.
