Tintin and Snowy emerge from the vase as he is spying on criminals in The Blue Lotus. The reporter is tracking dangerous opium traffickers. This iconic object comes from one of Hergé’s most beautiful adventures and is the first in the new ‘Les Icônes” series.
The jar is delicately embellished and the vibrant colours reflect Hergé’s own drawing. Resin jar sits on carved pedestal then on a base that is detachable.
