In The Blue Lotus (page 29, vignette D1), Madame Jen-Ghié is devastated by her son Didi's fits of madness. Touched by his distress, Tintin decides to go to Shanghai to have the poison he suffered analyzed and find the antidote that can save him. The next day, Wang Jen-Ghié accompanies him by car but the latter is very worried because, there, the young man is actively sought.

Wang Jen-Ghié's Car is part of the “Cars from the Adventures of Tintin” collection. This series brings together 71 replicas of the main models taken from the famous Hergé saga. Each vehicle has been faithfully reproduced, with a high quality of finish and details.

The car comes in a clear perspex case, that has a design on it to highlight the adventure, along with a brochure in French and English.

Moulinsart in their new collaboration with Hachette have released a series of diecast 1/24 scale model cars.
