A special set designed for the preparation of shaken cocktails: a cocktail shaker, a strainer and measure for cocktails. Designed by Giulio Iacchetti with the consultancy of Oscar Quagliarini, dedicated to the most refined mixologists to upgrade their preparations with implements with an innovative and professional design, and to the less expert who will find the confidence and simplicity of use they desire.

Shaker: The “Parisienne” cocktail shaker is reinterpreted by Giulio Iacchetti defining a new and surprising standard of being easy to handle. As evocative of tradition as it is innovative in design, the sinuous line of this shaker is an incarnation of its being practical and easy to handle in a design that is as refined as it is understated.

Jigger: Giulio Iacchetti has designed the four measures encircling a ring which are usually used in preparing cocktails, thinking back in his design to the very gesture of dosing. Iacchetti gives rise to new gestures: a tool that fuses organically with the fluid movements of the mixologist. The 4 measures are etched inside showing the capacity in cl: 1.5cl [0.5oz] , 3cl [1oz], 4 cl [1.4 oz], 6cl [2 oz]

Strainer: The double bar strainer design conceals in a graceful and elegant design -- great professional and aesthetic characteristics. With its double spring, it leaves complete freedom to the imagination of mixologists who can choose the best quality of filtration to fully show off their preparations to the best. May be used with the Tending Box "Mixing Glass" [sold separately].

About the Tending Box: The collection of articles for preparing cocktails. In a balanced synthesis of form and function, the most classic tools of this 'discipline' have been reinterpreted: cocktail shaker, bar strainer, mixing glass, cocktail measure, mixing spoon and bar stirrer.
Thanks to Oscar Quagliarini's accurate innovative suggestions, this project rethinks the very gestures of mixology, introducing new technical features and refined aesthetic details from the knob of the Parisienne shaker, which assures a precise and secure grip, to the double spring of the strainer which allows for accurate modulation of the straining, and the "Quadri Combo Jigger" which reinterprets the traditional cocktail measure, creating a new type with innovative performance.
